Robbie Williams Jokes His New Veneers Are ‘Nothing Like My Old Yellow Teeth’

by Diana Ward

Robbie Williams is proudly showing off his new veneers! The 50-year-old English singer revealed his upgraded smile during a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live while promoting his new biopic, Better Man.

Host Andy Cohen joked, “It took us 15 years to get you here,” to which Williams responded, “Yeah, just in time for my new teeth.”

The singer then asked the audience to give a “round of applause for my new teeth” before flashing a big smile. Cohen, who complimented Williams’ veneers, noted, “They’re nice. They’re a little small.” Williams responded, “Not too much, right?” Cohen assured him, “No. They suit you.”

Williams then joked about his previous dental work, saying, “Not like the yellow knobs that I used to have.” He added, “These were so expensive, and you pay for what you get…”

The former Take That member also poked fun at his appearance on the show, admitting he didn’t wash his spray tan “well enough” before going on air. “So yes, I look as though I’m covered in gravy, and yes, I’m sure that X will be blowing up with, ‘What the hell is he doing?’” he laughed. “But I would just say I know that my spray tan is very evident right now.”

In another candid moment, Williams shared why he turned down the opportunity to perform at King Charles’ coronation in May 2023, despite his connections to the royal family. “Yeah, but there was a reason,” he explained. “I was working. I got something I couldn’t turn down because of money.” Cohen added, “And contracts.”

According to Rolling Stone, Williams, along with stars like Adele, Elton John, the Spice Girls, and Harry Styles, all reportedly declined to perform at the event. However, Katy Perry, Lionel Richie, and other artists took part in the royal celebrations.

Currently, Williams is making the rounds to promote Better Man, a biographical film about his life. Described as “the true story of the meteoric rise, dramatic fall, and remarkable resurgence of British pop superstar Robbie Williams,” the film portrays Williams as a CGI monkey, offering a unique perspective of his life and career.

Better Man will be released in theaters nationwide on January 17, following a limited release earlier.
