Vanna White, the co-host of Wheel of Fortune, works only 34 days a year, but she insists it’s not as easy as it sounds.
In a recent interview on the “Elvis Duran and the Morning Show,” White shared details about her schedule on the popular game show.
“We film about 34 days a year,” she said. “That’s it.”
Her response surprised the hosts, and they asked how many shows she films in one day.
“Six shows in a day,” White replied. “Come on, feel bad for me.”
This means White changes outfits six times each day. When she was reminded that she has 331 days off a year, White seemed taken aback.
“Yes, I guess so,” she said. “I never thought of it that way.”
Host Elvis Duran responded, “That sounds like a great job,” and complimented White.
“You know what, no one deserves it more than you,” he added. “You’re the best.”
Last June, White said an emotional goodbye to Pat Sajak, her co-host of 41 years, as he retired from Wheel of Fortune. White now works alongside Ryan Seacrest, who took over Sajak’s hosting duties.
