Kylie Kelce is eagerly awaiting the arrival of her fourth daughter. In the latest episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast, which aired on Thursday, March 20, the 32-year-old shared a lighthearted update on her pregnancy journey and her preparations for meeting her baby girl.
Kylie, who is 38 weeks pregnant, jokingly admitted that she had “doom-scrolled” through TikTok to find the “perfect video” about the final stages of pregnancy. She explained, “As someone who’s in this stage, this one really hits home,” referencing a TikTok clip featuring a woman who cut her underwear because she couldn’t be bothered to take off her pants. Kylie called it “perfectly logical,” humorously adding, “Power to you, girl.” She went on to share that as the belly grows, even simple tasks, like bending over, become more challenging.
Kylie also discussed the common habit many women share towards the end of pregnancy: Googling ways to induce labor. Laughing, she mentioned, “I’ve said it multiple times, I’m doing sprints next week. You can’t stop me!” Kylie joked about her plans to get things moving before the big day.
In addition to her own humorous take on inducing labor, Kylie revealed that she asked her doctor for advice on common methods, from drinking herbal tea to eating spicy foods. However, one method was firmly rejected: “No castor oil,” Kylie said. She shared that her doctor specifically warned against it, saying it could make labor “messy.”
Kylie and her husband, Jason Kelce, announced in November 2024 that they are expecting their fourth daughter. The couple, who married in April 2018, are already parents to three daughters—Wyatt, 5, Ellie, 3, and Bennett, 2. Since launching her podcast in December 2024, Kylie has been sharing an unfiltered view of her pregnancy journey with her listeners.
In an earlier episode, Kylie paused mid-segment to adjust her baby’s position, explaining, “There’s no room in there anymore. It hurts. I can’t breathe… And we’re back. OK.”
Looking ahead, Kylie and Jason might be done growing their family after this pregnancy. In February, Jason hinted that discussions about him getting a vasectomy had taken place. “That’s not my decision. I got the easy part, and I’ll keep doing my part,” he shared on The Steam Room podcast. He added, “I think Kylie’s about done with having babies. This is our fourth girl, and this one might be it. We’ll see.”
Although the couple has yet to make any “firm decisions,” Jason confirmed that they’ve talked about the possibility of him getting the procedure. “I don’t know if it’s going to happen, but we’ll see,” he said.
Jason also expressed his love for being a “girl dad.” When asked about having a boy, he teased, “At the end of the day, we’re not shooting with good percentages.” He added that while they may not be focused on having a son, they are content with expanding their family in whatever way feels right. “If we want another child, we’ll do that. But as of right now, that’s not definitely happening.”
