Eminem has recently been the center of attention online, with his peers offering both playful jabs and serious praise.
Though Eminem hasn’t posted himself, his name has dominated social media this week, with input from some of hip hop’s biggest names.
The conversation began with Ice-T sharing a throwback photo with Eminem and joking, “Who knows this guy?? I think he may have a future in Hip Hop. He’s really good…. @Eminem” Paul Rosenberg, a frequent collaborator, joined in with a dry response, saying, “He’s aiight.” But it was KXNG Crooked who delivered the standout line: “I think you should sign him.”
The tone shifted when Kanye West joined the discussion, declaring Eminem’s dominance. In an all-caps post, he wrote, “J COLE AND KENDRICK CAN’T TOUCH THE WHITE BOY.”
Russ also chimed in, sharing Eminem’s 2009 track “Careful What You Wish For” from the album Relapse, with a simple, one-word review: “Classic.”
While some fans find it random and others are curious about what sparked this sudden wave of attention, one thing is clear: Eminem’s name is firmly part of the conversation again.
